Cancellation Policy
FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED AND SERVICES MUST BE RENDERED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF FIRST APPOINTMENT WITH THIS MONTHLY PACKAGE. A REFUND WILL BE AT THE DISCRETION OF FORMATION BODY BAR AND ONLY IN EMERGENCY SITUATIONS.
